As a carpenter, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of commercial and residential projects. From framing and finish work to custom millwork installations, this position requires attention to detail, experience with commercial and residential standards, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, trim, and finish carpentry work on commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and other structural and decorative elements
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and fellow crew members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely
• Adapt to a variety of project types including office modernizations, space conversions, and remodels

We are hiring an experienced Concrete Installer with expertise in both flatwork and foundation pours. At Kirchner Custom Builders, our concrete crews are a core part of our self-performing team, allowing us to maintain high-quality standards and keep projects on schedule. This role involves site preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for commercial foundations, walkways, and slabs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, form, and pour concrete foundations, sidewalks, slabs, and other flatwork
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power trowels
• Read and follow construction plans and elevations accurately
• Ensure proper grading and drainage in foundation installations
• Operate skid steers, power buggies, and other site equipment as needed
• Maintain safety standards and follow best practices on every job site
• Work in varying weather conditions and project types throughout the La Crosse region
